Anna Banin is

Anna began her career as a researcher of innovative solutions for
telecommunication systems. Prior to joining Centauri Business Group, Anna worked with a wide range
of technology companies as a consultant on marketing strategy development,
business model transformation and customer experience management. Anna’s
experience includes extensive work in customer-focused software solutions as
well as functional analysis of online customer services. |

Anna is currently on leave from the Ph.D. program in Computer Science at the
National Technical University of Ukraine (NTUU “KPI”), where she received her
Master's degree. She has published a number of academic papers and articles. |
