Social Responsibility Social Responsibility and ISO 26000:2010
The purpose of this course is to explain the application of the ISO 26000:2010 Standard with practical examples and to address the questions that organizations may have as a result of the increasing popularity of the concepts of social responsibility and sustainability, including:
-  Why do some companies like Cisco, Chevron, Motorola, Deloitte, and Sony issue Social Responsibility reports, while other companies like L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, Lenovo, and Volkswagen prefer to cover the same subjects in Sustainability reports?

-  Could the ISO 9001 QMS serve as a platform for Social Responsibility management and reporting?
-  What are the steps and resources required to successfully follow ISO 26000:2010 guidelines?
This class is focused on the benefits, methods, and techniques required to successfully implement social responsibility practices within the framework of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
